About our Training

Apart from the physical components of training, we are also looking into preparation of athletes on the psychological factors like mental toughness, confidence, match tactics & strategy, stress and nutrition.Students are required to train in all Three (3) modules.

There are also two types of training, Sport Ju-Jitsu and Combat Ju-Jitsu. We also conduct children classes with a restricted syllabus.

SPORTS (COMPETITION) JU-JITSU

Sports Ju-Jitsu competition rules are set forth by Ju-Jitsu International Federation. (JJIF)

CHILDREN CLASSESS

Children are taught a restricted syllabus aimed at instilling discipline and improving their fitness and confidence.

SPORT JU-JITSU PROGRAM

Training in various physical components will help athletes adapt more easily to

the possible levels of fatigue they will experience during a match. Our training program ensures athletes are prepared for the outcomes through various training methods.

Ju-Jitsu physical training entails various aspect of

  • Flexibility
  • Agility
  • Balance
